This is a collection agency. The name of the entity is A.C.S. The number IDs as a cel phone but when dialed forwards to an inbound center. The trap is obvious- The number appears to be a legit caller, even after Googling, ie; it shows as a cel phone in the San Antonio area, but when dialed it forwards, probably carrying your caller ID info with it, and an operator announces the company name. They call but dont leave a message. When I call back they want to ask ME a lot of questions: name, where I am calling from etc???? They are pretty suspect to me.

Some guy named Dominic Williams called and left a message on my answering machine asking to be called back. He spoke really fas and did not say what he wanted or what company he represented. I don't know this person or anyone in this area code so I am not calling this long distance number. Who is this guy!!!

Called 4 times in 1 morning, when calling back number is engaged

We have received numerous calls from someone at this number. They say we owe for a payday advance but we have never received a payday advance from anyone. They have my husbands SS# and have my sisters and grandmothers phone #s as well as our home phone #, address and the last 4 of my husbands SS#. They speak VERY poor English and have recently began cussing at us. My patience is gone and I will start being rude right back to them until they quit calling me!

Calls and asks for me by name and about my credit card ... hangs up when I asked "who is this ?". Guess he's not proud of who he is, or what he's doing.
